Ube Cold Foam Iced Mushroom Coffee

— Favorite Tall Glass
— Small blender, electric milk frotheror handheldfrother
— Ice
— 1 to 2 tsp mushroom coffee
— 1 tsp maple syrup (or favorite sweetener)
— 1 cup of cold water
— 1/4 Favorite heavy whipping cream
— 1/2 Favorite half and half creamer
— 1/2 Tsp Ube extract

1. Add favorite heavy whipping cream, half and half, sweetener and ube extract to small blender and mix until extra creamy and frothy
2. Add water to tall glass and mix in mushroom coffee, add desired ice.
3. Top off with ube cold foam to taste.
