Pineapple Coconut Mojito

Gather

— Cocktail Shaker

— Tall Glass

— Ice

— 1/2 lime, cut into quarters

— A Bunch of mint

— 3oz of D-Stress Coconut Pineapple(Allergen-Free)

— 3oz of Pineapple Juice

— 1 TBSP of Coconut Milk (optional, if allergic, leave out)

To Make

  1. Add lime quarters and mint to the cup of a shaker. Muddle the mint and lime.
  2. Add the pineapple juice, and coconut milk. Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for 6-8 times.
  3. Pour the mixture over ice and top with D-Stress Coconut Pineapple.
  4. Garnish with a wedge of lime, fresh mint, and slice of pineapple.
