Mushroom Coffee Martini

Gather

— Cocktail Shaker

— Martini Glass

— Ice

— Cocoa powder-to rim glass

— 2 Tablespoons of Half & Half (or favorite creamer)

— 2oz of dissolved Mushroom Coffee in hot water

— 1 teaspoon of honey or favorite sweetener (optional)

— 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

To Make

  1. Dip the rim of martini glass in your favorite liquid sweetener and then cocoa.
  2. Dissolve 1 to 2 tsp of Mushroom Coffee powder in 2-3oz of hot water. This can be modified to taste.
  3. Add ice, creamer, vanilla extract, sweetener and mushroom coffee in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously 6-8 times.
  4. Pour into martini glass.
