I gave three because the flavor wasn't very good. Would have loved more of a Piña colada flavor to fade the taste of the mushrooms. It did, however, help relax a bit after a long day at work, so it definitely is a D-stress.

Great right before bedtime! I love these right before bed time! I do not have trouble going to sleep but I have trouble staying asleep. This is a great to go to bed less stressed. I like the fact they provide an option without melatonin.
